Thanks Klaas,but the weather forecast is a little different.Nevertheless,we enjoy spring even in rainy conditions,it is just fine period.

Thanks for these lovely flowers, I like these even more then the one you've posted, but maybe because they are especialy for me. and yes we are lucky to have so many farmers who grow flowerbulbs in this area. They have lots of routes you can drive by car to that goes trough all these fields. It was a very sunny day over here with a lot of wind but high temperatures of about 24 degrees. I'm sorry to hear it's raining again over at yours.

You are right,Klaas,these are almost black...in fact it's better they are deep purple as I can't imagine a black flower.You are really lucky (better say quite diligent people)to have all fields of these beautiful flowers.Here,in this period it's hard to find tylips even at the florists..but I have one photo taken while the sun was shown(for short period) today,and now it's raining again.

You have to come to Holland some time in this time of year, you'll be surprised by the overlot of flower fields, and ofcourse for the tourists there is the "keukenhof" where they have all kinds of flowerbulbs in all different colours, and yes.... black tulips, howerver they are more deep purple than black I think. I did shoot something similar here nearby.
If they think they can sell them, they for sure try to "make" them, they'll try everything when the money is involved.

It is really amazing,in fact we do not have opportunity to see many white tulips,they are mostly red,yellow and pink..and I've heard that people were trying hardly to produce black tulip as well as black rose..but it's impossible..isn't it strange..there are many and different beautiful colours in nature and people want to make "anticolour"..

Hoi Riny, ziet er zeer goed uit, mooie natuurlijke kleuren en de balen hooi op de voorgrond zorgen ervoor dat je de verhoudingen goed kan zien, het totale plaatje heeft de juiste stemming. Ga maar gewoon weer beginnen met posten, het is toch niet alleen negatief, het onderling delen van de foto's is toch ook goed om te doen, of niet?
Iedereen geeft commentaar op zijn eigen manier, en Hugo is fotograaf, dus geeft vanuit die achtergrond natuurlijk andere commentaren als iemand die hobyist is en net komt kijken, maar beide zijn goed bedoeld.
Ik hoor je hopelijk gauw weer,
