I love this capture! it is pretty much a perfect long exposure shot...my favorite aspect would have to be the ship for some reason...Great job!

hello peta,
i am not happy with the black rock down right, but others may like that. anyway it is a part od your picture and this is a good and different photo of a " seen a thousand times" object. very good.

Peta If I was ever asked what is the hardest object to make interesting, I would have to say "bridges" - probably because they have been done to death - but your series has been very good. As for the dark hill at botton left I feel it acts as a good counterpoint to the opposing curve of the cables. But I guess that is what you were trying to achieve.
Cheers John

I really like it! I really don't find that black at the bottom left at distracting; I see it as natures frame at night and my eyes focus on the important parts of the shot. :) Love it. :)

If it wasn't for reading UF comments, I would never have known how difficult it actually is to get the best shot of this bridge. You (and Joel recently) make the result look effortless, but clearly it's not and my hat goes off to you. Wow.
What *I* think is the absolute highlight of this image though, is the boat you've captured moving along. Just stunning.
Great stuff Peta :) Cheers Rina.

not my most favorite of your bridge shots Peta. I find it has the same problem as Robs last one with a large black hole chewing at the photo. It doesn't look as sharp as the other shots you have posted of the bridge.
