I like the picture itself. The colors are great, the focus is good. I can appreciate the value of the human form in the picture, however it does throw me off a bit. I think the contrast between the green and the orange is my main issue. Perhaps if the form was dressed differently it would fit in better.
I'm a fan of subtle messages in pictures and art. In my opinion if you kept away from the orange and had one or two people hiking up the hill then it would be that much more personal. Also it wouldn't look like a construction worker on the side of the road. (that was my first thought when I saw the orange)

Hi Anindya, nice photo in all aspects, especially the lighting and composition.
I do think the curve in the road leads the eye away from the dominant subject (or what I think is the dominant subject); the guy with the red shirt. IMO, it creates a split scene, if you know what I mean.
Looking at this photo, I get a slight feeling you tried to include too much, and couldn't decide between the landscape approach and the human presence. I think both would make a great photo, but the combination might be a little too much.
I do like this though. Good photo.
Cheers,
Hugo

hi Anindya..!! the color and the mood is excellent..!! The human profile adds value to this too.!! But I guess if you capture the same wfrom little below .. may be close to the road it would have been more appealing..!!
