Well I'm not sure, i guess you will have to give it a try first to see which works better for you. I'm no expert.

Thanks Tim. I used the unsharp mask in CS, so I should not use the unsharp mask ? use the smart sharpen instead ?

wonderful shot I am looking forward to the corrected version. I don't know which PS version you have but in the CS2 there is a "smart sharpen" in the filter section. It is excellent for this type of image. I sharpen in gradations of %20 at a time untill it looks good without to much noise.

Yes, Mary, travelling in India is exciting because it is defferent in every part of the Country. Easch State has its own language, food, costumes and topography. The temps in Central, North Western Deserts and South Centrail Plains can go up to 49 degrees sometimes, Humidity is not a problem in the Northern areas but in the city of Calcutta (eastern India) where I live we sometimes have 42 degrees with 80% humidity. It gets pretty bad in those situations.

43 degrees is not just very hot, that's boiling. If there was humidity with that, it would be very difficult to move around in. I've never been to India. I don't know if that's something in my future or not. It would be exciting. Mary

Thankyou MAry, this was again a sky after a huge thunderstorm near the City of Jabalpur, in Madhya Pradesh, India. THis is exactly the centre of India. It was very hot during the morning around 43 degrees celcius but after the storm it colled down to around 27 degrees C.

Dramatic colours Debarshi. Very interesting image - any notes on the accentuated edges of the branches - PS effect perhaps? Apart from that I like the saturated colours of the background and the dark silhoutte and branchpatterns against it. Well done from a moving vehicle! Joggie
