Dear colleagues, thank you very much for your attention and yours opinions. Yours variants with more crop are possible, of course. My idea was to see and to show "abstract" in real life. That is why I belive important to leave some signs of it. Warm regards, Serge
Hi Serge, To make it look really abstract, i would get rid of all those green plants that distract me, because when i see a plant i know what is it, but when i see these red and blue ropes i don't know. Therefore, to make it look even more abstract, i'd crop it like i did.
I wasn't sure what it was from the thumbnail, so I took a look! I see little wrong with this shot and it's the sort of image I'd capture if I came across it. I especially like the way the ropes come in and out of the netting. Personally, I think images like this work best when there is as little distraction as possible, so, I'd crop the top 10% off and crop the pipe at bottom left. Or, alternatively, do a major crop and concentrate on the reddish netting on the right. But even without my suggestions it's a good image. Regards, Gary
