Hi Don, what a gorgeous blue Delphinium!! Love those 'candle shaped' flower stalks and this is a super macro shot of one of the many tiny flowers on there!! Fantastic details, lighting and DOF, excellent composition/crop... well captured!!

Thanks Ray for stopping by. I looked at your blue flowers and this not the same. This was one bloom on a stalk of blooms. You have a great PF and I didn't realize that you and your wife were so young. A very handsome couple.

We have some like this Don and as you mentioned before they come in all sorts of blue tones. Your blue here is so very rich and intense and the details have such excellent clarity. I know I posted some extreme macros of our look-a-likes and they are on page five at my place, I think.
