The comment by Kambiz caused me to have a little closer look at the photograph. It might be crooked, but it depends on where you look. The building in the forground is definately not level, but the background is pretty level.
This leaves me wondering what the subject is. If it is the gates, then I would sugest making them straight. If it is the building in the background framed by the gates, then I would sugest a tighter crop to emphasize this.
Regardless, this is a nice piece of architecture that is captured very well. I do like the subtle perspective created by the repeated shape of the gate.
