Great Captrue as is Jon! It is the first pelican I saw so I look forward to more in your pictures ? Hope so . . . You are definitely a unique character. Thank You for the comment once again ...ha! Michele ~

Jon, here's a funny thing- I did exactly the same myself last night to see what it would look like! (Not too familiar with such things so hope it is what I'm attaching!) Hope you don't mind, but i really do love this picture. I see what you meant about seeing the wing. But I still love both- to see the edge of the water and rock is like a natural top frame. Both brilliant pictures.

Thanks, Mary -
I never thought about playing with the image to fix that wing tip. I tried this. Essentially, it's a different photograph, but it does fix up the contrast issue.

Stunning- it really is. The clarity and to see each bit of the wings and that eye. Amazing and great light and colour. (I'd have to cut him out and move him down to get what you wanted- but I could never have got the picture in the first place!). Brilliant as it is to me.

Excellent shot made under very difficult light conditions. Great detail on the pelican. Well done Jon. Joggie
