Pretty neat, Jacques. Kind of enhances a typical skyline scene. When I saw the thumbnail, my first thought is how did you have time to do this zoom with a fast shutter. And as I clicked, I remembered PS... Always fun to play.
I like this tool since it leaves the center unzoomed wherein zooming in-camera, changes everything.

This is a very nice effect, especially given the asymetric zoom with the building on the right remaining in sharp focus...there is a strong sense of motion in the shot, but what is particularly appealing to me is the sense of the dimensions in the space, adds a very nice feel of depth. You should play more with this!
