Really good image.
The horizon is tilted to the right, and there seems to be a wrie/rope which is interesecting the bottom blade of the windmill. Both could have possibly been avoided by changing your angle in relation to the mill.
The contrast and lighting are both well recoreded.

Good composition maybe try to work with layers, example 2nd layer monochrome in 90% filling over the original. You would see a bit colours and the contrast would be better.

i think if we dont see the land, see only the sky it would be better.U would use more shutter speed to create a wind effect on clouds.Great work
