Thanks Marija. Bikes are not allowed only in certain areas, because they are protecting the trail or maybe because the slope is to sleep. They do have this sign on certain area of this Park.

I really like this photo of you mountain bike, perfect exposure and detail, looks great against the brush in the background. but I think you should keep your eyes open when you ride as I can see perfectly that there are no bikes allowed there, I dont know how you missed this but be careful, you wondnt want to have you bike towed away! LOL.. But seriously the bike against the no bike sign is very humorous! you get a 10 for making me laugh.. Take care.. Marcus

Hi Avi! It's been a while since I've 'seen' you around! Hope all is well and your trip to the US was good! Did you get a camera? Looks like no new photos from you yet.
Oh well, engineers don't get awards, we only get more work! :-)
Take Care!

Thanks for dropping by! I appreciate your comments. This shot was an afterthought, since I had no place to lock my bike. I did crank up my WB to about 10000K to get a more warm effect.

very good composition Jinggoy, the colors of the background grass, the sign, and the frame all nicely present different hues of brown adds interest to the background. The bike and the helmet in black and white, and the cross red sign on the post are really brought out agains this neutral background. Very nicely expose as well.

Very creative shot! Nice detail, lighting and placement. The "slight" angle of the sign kind of bugs me (not too much). Wonder what it would do if you tilted your photo clockwise a tad? Hmmm...
I would have to disagree with Phillip about your "act of defiance". The sign obviously states that you cannot ride your bicycle to the right. It is obvious that your Cannondale is facing the opposite way.

Now, Jinggoy, that's what I call utter defiance!!!! LOL
A great scene! Well done!

Thanks Michelle! I guess I'm just having fun. Work can sometimes be too much and when I try too hard to be creative with my photos, I just fall flat. So I figured tonight, I'll take it easy.

Nice bike, Jinggoy, nice shot! Dave. PS I'm prejudiced...I've got a Cannondale, too, but no Nikon! D.
