Thankyou Jenni - I photograph against a white background, setting the EV to +1.5 as you would with snow. Then all I have to do is tweak the levels slightly.

Love the high-key feel to this floral portrait. The solid white background compliments the colors and details of this flower perfectly. Almost looks like a painting - wonderful shot.
