Thanks, Martin.
Keep your sights sharp, head clear and fingers warm. They're almost useless if frost bites 'em too hard. Looking forward to see Dall sheep.
Cheers, Konstantin

Thanks for coming by, Cathy.
Yes, his eye-lashes, years, beard are covered by ice, frozen body heat when one works hard in cold weather. That day the temperature dropped to -54 by 6AM prior to our departure. We walked all day in quest of some wild game in the mountains packing some heavy pro video equipment. We huffed and puffed, steaming all the way. The steam naturally frozes up in layers of ice on our hats, eyelashes, ears and heat vents in our garb..etc
It's best be on the move in cold weather. Normally, on the sunny side the temperature warms up a bit (5 to 10 degrees off the coldest threshold).
Cheers, Konstantin

Spectacular image. I can't imagine anywhere that cold. Is that really ice forming on his eyelashes? What temperature would this have been? Its mid winter now here in Australia. After seeing this I had better stop complaining about the cold.
