Pitting cherries is the pits, Don. But the cherry pies are worth it! Nice composition with the green leaf. Welcome back! Larry

Hey Don, did your 'big move' again judging by the location... Nice to have this 'waiting' for you, all ready for the picking... ;-D (But I always thought that life is a box of chocolates... LOL) Great colors, textures and details... the leaves on top are a nice touch, add some extra color and texture as well!! The only thing I might change... crop the curve of the bowl, because it's just on one side... or take it from a bit further and get more of the bowl... the choice is yours (and there's the: do nothing behind door number three of course... ;-DDDD).

Hiya Don hope your journeying was pleasant.

A wonderful title to this well thought out still life study my friend. The inclusion of the twig and leaves adds contrast to the rich colour of the cherries. The details in the leaves themselves is excellent. Well done to you and welcome back.

Had a busy weekend so I'm busy catching up......again!.. My very best wishes to you as always.....Ray

Lots of color there, Don. I'd like to see this with the leaf placed in one corner, too.

Best wishes,

The twig is a good idea to add another element to the shot. I like the contrast between the green leaves and the red cherries. Regards Ron.
