A terrific rural portrait, full of character and emotion... Beautiful toning/conversion job in PS... Unfortunately the image is suffering from compression artifacts caused by reducing for the Web, most likely... See his mustache? Quite pixelated... I think you could remedy this by going with a smaller size image, and then sharpening, but being careful not to oversharpen... It is definitely worth trying in order to do this wonderful portrait justice...
