Thankyou CL, for taking the time to comment on my work. You mentioned the drop off with dof, any suggestions to improve this next time, other then maybe taking it closer to midday rather than sunset? Would appreciate the advice. Cathy

I really like this image a lot. The composition and title tell a huge childhood story. I am a little uneasy with the DOF dropoff though. Regardless this is fine work.

Thank you Edward, yes it is the natural sky, that's why I left the image a tad dark to preserve the cloud. When I finish my Photoshop course I should be able to have the whole thing exposed correctly.
Cat shots, I have lots, but I don't want anyone to guess that I haven't got a life! Unlike these people who go out on safari. Cathy

A very cool shot, I could not tell what it was in the thumbnail. I am surprised you could get good exposure in the sky and also the deep shadows.

Yes, Mum and Dad said that you have had some - around 4 inches in recent weeks! That's good! We've had about the same.
I'm flat out working on the 'Glass' project. So, at the moment, I'm not worried about the weather. I'm doing a lot of shooting on top of the photocopier in the office! LOL
