Andrzej, probably DOF is a bit too shallow. In front of a flower tere are leaves of the other plant. I wanted this lily to be seen behind it but you are right - it looks like a shadow.

Monika, I see great mysterious and poetic impression here, but there is something shading a part of a flower a bit, did you considered tighten your crop on the right/bottom of your frame to get rid off the undefined thing. Just thinking, Cheers, Nj
