Thanx Chris, its not a ceiling & i couldn't say its a wall ,,,it was an outer side for the steps inside the mosque,which the religion man stand on it & says his words for the people...:)

It is so true, Riham. These geometric shapes hold the mind quiet stillness. Was this a photo of a wall or ceiling? Fine photo. Thought provoking.
