Excellent portrait. The title you chose fits well to the view and expression. Warm colors, nice light on her face and in her eyes. Well chosen composition with good POV. Compliments, my friend.

I am so pleased the model is not looking at the camera. I quite often tire of portraits that have the subject "barreling" the lens. I feel this young girl looks very natural here.

Yes, I feel it would be quite interesting in B&W as well, though I like the warmth of this portrait. Also I have been posting a lot of B&W portraits lately and thought a change might be good! LOL!
