Strong colors, great shapes of the grass, very nice scales of the green color because of the shadows of the clouds, the horses at the ground horizonline adds interest, very good image Rina, looks like taken by a fairytail! Best regards!

Probably not even a real tree... likely a disguise used by aliens to lull humans into a false sense of security. It beckons to us, calling out to us to take refuge under the welcomed shade, perhaps inviting us to climb for a better shot at the cows... only to be enveloped by the branches and our bodies and minds snatched in an instant. Suddenly, we've become hosts for the New Breed.......... Yah, creepy is good Thanks for the feedback Larry, wonderful to read a refreshingly different take on this. Very glad you dropped by. Cheers!

That shrub, bush, tree or whatever looks absolutely menacing...evil. The overall effect makes this image kinda creepy, but that's a good thing. I like creepy. :)

Rina I am here again. I stay and fill up my eyes with the climbing green of the hill and the descending blue of the sky; and in the middle animals as ants keeping their balance on the border line. I take home this picture Rina, thanks. Have an happy Sunday.

You're on the front page oh gorgeous one.
HA! I see you stood back a little for those terrifying man eating cows my sweet Rina:) :)
This is a beautiful pastoral scene Rina and with the most gorgeous richness to the tones in the sky and on the land. OK you bent things into shape, that's fine too 'cos the puter is an extension of the camera these days. The lonesome tree adds a nice balance and I note that after a wobbly start you placed this lovely peaceful composition into the right project. My very best wishes to you as always, a huge hug and another big X to catch.....butterfingers, here, try again.....X....Ray;)

A splendid image for its composition and simplicity. An excellent point of view and only two colors in purity. They take half scene each making an impressive colour contrast. The green is surly Peace & Tranquillity. Greetings.

Despite what LJ says (and I know the story will become wildly exaggerated at get togethers), the head cow (horns and all) had dibs on me. Casually walking away was not an option... ;D Glad we found a way in though. Nice to have it so close.

Oh, wow, Rina! Can we have some of that green grass over here? Oh, hold on, I'll go out to my front yard, dig up a patch at a time and bring it inside and photoshop it! LOL LOL So, that's how I get it green! Silly me, I've been waiting for it to rain! LOL LOL
Seriously, it's a lovely shot - great saturated colours! Well done!

"Naughty" or not, great work on bringing the colors out :) The kit lens is my only "wide angle" so to speak and I like landscapes, so I really *should* be using it more. I've forgotten how light these DA lenses are, especially since my current walkaround lens is the Sigma 24-135mm f/2.8-4.5 which feels like it weighs a ton compared to the Pentax lol.

You should Toshi! In the absence of a 'real' WA, it does a pretty neat job. Don't be fooled by that green grass now... that's me being naughty and changing the yellow hues&sat a wee bit in pp. Looks fab against the blue though, eh? 1 small levels adjustment for shadows, and viola... XP!
