Wow thanks Megan. I was on holiday at the time with the family and needed a walk. Although one image, the RAW was processed twice, once for the cow and once for the sky. In colour the sky did not look right (3 stop difference) but in B&W I thought it looked okay. Thanks for the comments. The group is making me feel most welcome. Paul.

I really like the composition of this shot, the three cows really give this shot symmetry and I too think the shot looks wonderful in black and white. To be a little bit picky (and I know you had no control over the shy cows.... lol) I would have the light cow at the front, simply because you can't really make out the black cows eyes. Other than that i think this is a fantastic shot, well done.

i can imagine this image to be used as a poster for an advertisment ... it is cool mostly because it is black and white i like it a lot regurds olga

Thanks for the comment Jan. No, I was actually lying on the ground and the camera proved enough interest for one of the cows at least. The other two were shy! This was actually taken at the wide angle end of the lens, and 4/33 was perharps only a few feet away from me!!!!
