Hi dear Michele,
Excellent and beautiful landscape :) . I like the POV you chose and the warm tone and colors. The lightfall on the left is simply perfect and adds much to this nice view. Compliments, my friend, very good work.

Thank You soooo much Marlyce. I've been practicing ... ( ha! I have) I do appreciate such a detailed critique so that I learn what I did right !! Also I didn't like that bright blade of grass but had been more focused on worrying with the sky ... so just posted it as it was.... I agree and appreciate this suggestion and entire critique very much.

WOW Michele, have I been gone awhile or what? Here I see level, color, reflection, depth and all very well done. The gold patch is pretty, but I am even more impressed with the tree line. The front trees are clear and detailed with the back trees really showing depth. The grass stalks are nicely seen. My only suggestion is to crop out the right just enough to remove the one part of grass in the light as it is bright and makes the eye move away from the beauty of the trees and gold patch. Looking at this I only layed my hand across that part and what a difference.

Hi Annemette,
I am glad you will be visiting Oregon one day ( soon) Ha !! Just teasing but if you should come to the states, Oregon should be on your list of places to see...
I do realize how fortunate I am to have so much beauty surrounding me... most especially lately while taking more pictures ( if this is possible) ... I know it truely helps my photography look much better !!!
I realized after I up-loaded this image that maybe I should have cropped the sky since it is soooo light... I don't know how to manipulate it to darken it yet...
I wish I had gotten more color from the sky too... and BTW you are a very good photographer !!

You live in such a wonderful state! You´re fortunate having such nature around.
A good photo where I like the colour- and lightcontrasts. Only would I have liked to see some more sky, but I´m no expert!

Thank You Nicola .... I appreciate your comment very much and hesitate to ask you if you think maybe I should've cropped off the top of the sky ? If you have a strong feeling either way about this ... would you reply how you feel , either way ?
