Since MS software engineering started including at least 728 bugs (IT term for software error) per application for the "happy" users, many other companies adopted this very nice way of production, letting the users be also the... testers, and earning more money for updates and updates of updates.

So we have mobile phones that can crash, calculators that suddenly stop working, cars that explode just for fun, and perhaps even refrigerators that shut down over night, telling you next morning to "restart the system"! ;-) (Though the pizza from last night is now a biology lab ;-))

So why not introducing a new kind og bug, the gentlemanbug, which causes gentlemen to go cabloy within seconds? So we could perhaps explain some "strange" decisions of those gentlemen politicians that seem to really crash from time to time ;-)

Take care,

Nick

P.S.: BTW, what is atjuuuuuuuuu ????? Another bug? ;-)

P.P.S.: The term bug was kept after a failure of the first computers of IBM, that were working with electromechanical relais. A real bug got stuck between the contacts of a relais and made normal operation of the computer impossible. It had to be removed by the hand of some IBM guy, who was then the first debugger in IT-history.

P.P.P.S.: I have to download my system upgrade now. My hands feel so awful today ;-)

Bugs in software, bugs in anything possible nowadays! So, you might have discovered the bug of all gentlemen?

Friends, we are in bad need of a... debugger now! ;-)

Greetings,

Nick

Wow Annemette!
Very cool image capture and a very good use of selective color too! We call them 'Lady Bugs' here! Awesome shot girl!

That's a great macro, Annemette!

The main object is perfectly clear and all details absolutely visible! Just look at those small thingies on the beetle! One can see even the color pigment distribution on it! But it is also perfectly poped out of its background through selective DoF!

Fantastic work here - hat off!

Nick

P.S. Hmm, what about Sirbeetle? But of course we should ask it about its gender first ;-)

Ha ha ha ! I like your sense of humor - this is indeed a valid question. But back to the image, very good macro of this beetle, turning the background to B&W is a good choice. Excellent!

Thank you, Paul:-)) It´s funny playing with the English words especially because you take them for granted and I don´t, like with raining cats and dogs:-)
Take care,
