Excellent shot! I LOVE the DOF and the lighting and coloring is just awesome in setting the mood of this! I also love the angle you took this at, were you sitting on the ground or something when you took this! She is such a cutie.. love her expression an pose, although I'm sure a bit candid (as almost everything of a child is!) Excellent work, I love it :)

It was a bit chilly. We were picking up her brother from his job caddying and made an unplanned stop at the beach(gc right on water). She was cold but she actually was the one who didn't want to leave. I'm glad we stopped it was a lovely memory.

Thanks Rebecca Actually I removed some red from her skin the thing is the sunset was really red. I've had people ask me if I pumped up the colors and I didnt' this is actually how it was very vivid. I did very little tweaking to this photo. thank you for your kind comments I really appreciate it!

Danielle this is beautiful!! The depth of field id great and the composition fantastic, my only crit. is that the skin tone seems a little too pink, although this may have been your intention keeping in mind the title. If this is the case, disregard my comment anout that and just keep the good bits...LOL!
n excellent and very sweet photo all up, I love it , into my fave's.
