Wow . . . desat - invert - adj. Fascinating idea and intriguing results!! A spot more focal clarity would have helped this shot out some but the processing and creative work you've done . . . and the explanation in the about section have made this a well rounded treat for UFers (you know that sounds bad but is meant well) to enjoy! :)

Doyle I <~~~~~

He he, seems we spent the day doing the same thing (with the same camera)! Having done this previously with my Minolta and been pretty pleased with the results, I wanted to see how the Nikon would cope, albeit not with an ideal lens. To be honest, I wasn't that happy.

I like the tones you achieved here - is this post-processing or did you put colouring in the milk?

Did you use natural light, on-board flash or other lighting source?

Perhaps it could be a little sharper - maybe a faster shutter would help. I guess you could get away with a larger aperture.

Look forward to seeing more of these...

AJ

This is awesome! I am so in love with this shot! I always love these types of droplet photos, and I love how you did this with milk, and the coloring you added is awesome! Excellent work... you did very well with this! :)
