Wow... it shows how tall she is. My guess is that you shot this a long as possible, 85mm? ...that clock behind her add a nice perfect sphere to contrast her vivid bone structure, and softens her a bit. I bet if that clock were not there, the composition might not be as strong.
well done! ..and once again, great lighting!

There was a HUGE skylight to her right, which was creating a very soft light. I tried this shot with and without flash, but this shot without flash was much nicer.
