hello Alex, nice talking with you. Photoshop element 3.0 that I used, I bought that straightly from the vendor. May be you could download some, but I never tried before. Well you could check that on the internet. Why photo shop is better than paint shop pro, well may be because in photoshop, you have a lot of choices to improve the picture, and if you can explore it, all menus in paint shop pro, you can create or find in photoshop, But again in my condition, I like to combine some menus in psp with ps, so that you can have faster way (in psp) and thus the nice finishing touch with ps. If you want to make a regular photo into painting kind of style, you can use some menu in ps (for painting/on effect menu, mix with controlling hue and saturation, and then again combine that with menu in psp, so boom ! you got that style. Your welcome, Well have a try :)cheers, Agus

Thanks for replying. I really appreciate it, and sorry for being so late in replying to you. It's actually a problem with Yahoo, which makes me receive usefilm notifications very late. I have a few questions: 1. Photoshop elemet 3.0 is downloadable? 2. Are there any tutorials that one can download (for photoshop) 3. I've used a very long time Paint Shop Pro and all of my photos are made with this program. Photoshop is rather user-unfriendly!!! So, why is it better than paint shop pro? Many effects are done better, faster in psp than ps. If you know anything that can help me learn more compositing and art-transforming, please do share this info with me (for instance, how do you make a regular photo - landscape - seem like a painting?) Thank you so much!

Hi Alex, It's ok to ask me whatever you want to, and believe me, I will be glad to share my knowledge with everybody. For this kind of light, I just wait for God to give me a beautiful light, uh sorry, just kidding :), well I just use photoshop elemet 3.0 and by managing the light effect tools, and a lot of layering (from one angle or another), you can make such a beautiful light too, you have to do trial and error first, but once you know the pattern, boom, the rest will be much easier, thank you. :)

This is much to ask, but could you tell me what effect u used to make the photo like a painting? I've seen many of these photos, and did not manage yet to manipulate the light and this effect. Do you have any tutorials? It would be of very much help,if you could tell me some things, give me sonme advices. Thanks
