About This reminded me of a bowling alley in a way with the truck standing in for the ball, reminded me hitchhiking and the perils it can bring. A sense of abusive relationships and how people can get caught in them. Chose this name because I think it's something thats relatable to. Thanks for looking.

Saw it as a kind of a continuation of a shot I took called tumbleweed. I just saw it as a girl hitchhiking. Liked how the lines kind of made it look like a bowling alley again with the truck standing in for the ball. Like how some people get trapped in abusive relationships. Hitchhiking has lots of perils and most wouldn't want to see their daughter doing so.

The weird part it really is a busy road. If you see that sign by the truck it's actually a listing of all the new home builders in the area. So with all the contractors going to work, not longer than 4 or 5 minutes. At night they have all these light posts lighting up nothing. The subdivisions name is Avalon. With a name like that I have to get a cool picture of it hopefully. Really glad you liked this one.

How long did you have to wait for that truck? And I wonder what he thought when he saw you. :)

Excellent composition, love the leading lines. Also love your thought behind this, it works. :) Nice work.

Yes, Mark, I 'got' this immediately from your title. A very powerful image.:)

Coming from mist and the driver unknown, but their direction clearly inevitable. The vulnerability of a "daughter" could not be clearer. The size of each soon to be reversed as the power of the "ball" unfolds. A powerful and striking image and metaphor Mark.
