Great stuff. It started out looking like a plasmafall, but your PS work certainly helped to bring that look out.
I'm only able to get a 1 second shutter time out of my current camera. I am really looking forward to buying a dSLR so that I can use longer exposure times.

Go to a busy intersection at night and set your shutter speed on 2 or 3 minutes and move your camera in different directions. Or get someone to drive you through town at night while you experiment with different shutter speeds.You can fine tune your colors in your photo software or just leave it in a natural state!.....Have fun.
