Thanks, Dave. ISO 3200 is now available in Fuji point and shoot models and no longer the sole purview of the SLRs. Compared to film days, the ability to shoot acceptable photos at high ISO is amazing!

Eb - Great timing. Any noise is really minimal. Certainly not detracting from this shot. She looks ready for Christmas.

Shirley, thanks so much for all your comments throughout the year! Merry Christmas to you! I may not be as present on usefilm for some time as I am concentrating on making large prints - a good winter project! For me, the photographic medium still works best in display prints. Unfortunately, not many people will see them!

Yeh, I think you are right,
I like it the way you had it. I had a bunch of photos from my daughter's ballet concert, and couldn't decide how much iso noise to remove.

Thanks Shelton, but it has already been filtered through neatimage. The second runthrough creates a plasticy image, not good! I would prefer to accept some noise - afterall it is 3200 ISO.
