well, the exposure is good but her face has warm tones and on the rest of her body you got the tones on the cold side. what bothers me most of all is the composition. too centered for me, you lost half the frame. i don't like all the empty space at the lower part of the frame. i just tried to crop that part and it's already much more interesting IMHO.

Nice shot!
Although you might try cropping horizontally from the bottom to within a inch or two from her feet. That way she wouldn't be as centered. She'd appear closer to bottom 2/3's of the shot, giving it a different look.
