Quite the view you've captured here.

I think this picture allows the viewer to feel the depth of the scene as a result of the different layers of hills/mountains. Bright and clear in the foreground, darker but still clear behind that, then soft due to the mist.

Adding to the feeling of depth is the tree that dominates the left side. Also, you included just enough of the grassy plateau you were standing on, to put it all in perspective.
