More memories of August days spent by/in the water. This is not actually an other afternoon, it was taken a few moments before my previous post. Believe it or not, the lack of any real winter weather around these parts has me longing for summer even more than usual.
Yeah. I think now, that I see the original, that perhaps you should try another developer. Also regarding the vignetting, I was thinking, perhaps you had a lens hood on, and this sometimes causes vignetting with wide apertures.
I don't think the problem is with the camera either, unless it was abused by it's previous owner.
I like what you've done with my image. The improvements to the sky are noticeable, and the framing takes care of the vignetting issue. I had made some adjustments already. I will attach a copy of the original photo so you can see what I had to work with. It's not a scanned image - I had it developed directly to CD.
This shot seems a little washed out. What are you using for scanning.I know it's not the camera or film. There's also a little vignetting going on. The boat is also a little too close to the edge of the frame. Try scanning again with different settings.
