Wow! The greens in this photo are a perfect contrast for the white of the birds. The tail feathers are really great.

As said above, I hope people get curious and look past the thumbnail. This is one of the nicest bird shots I have seen here. I like looking at it, the details are great, but I almost overlooked it because the thumbnail does not do it justice. Again, stunning and woth every minute of your time.

O.K. I am officially jealous. This is a great capture and the hour you spent would have been worth 5 times that. Wonderful focus and composition and the background plays better in the full size than it does on the thumbnail. Congratulations on a great shot.
