lovely photo, I like the set-up of the boat in the foreground and the horizontal split by the rocks. But I think the boat is to big. It fills the frame a bit to much. You have a very bussy photo here. Where I have the Idea you wanted to go for relaxing. The tone is also a bit to gray, which makes it depressing. Oh and I really like the fact there are some rocks going from the rockline to the boat. It brings a connection within the phot.
