Hi Susie...:) We are lucky in the number of different birds, especially the parrots...:) But getting the time to even get a photo of them is tough, have some, but not very good as they are a little skittish... Have done a commando crawl on dining floor with camera low, aimed out the sliding door ~~GRIN~~...
Thanks always for your kind words... appreciated...:)

I love the colour tones and sense of movement from the water drops ~ very creative Onie .. I'm also envious of the birds you have visit your garden .. I love our blackbirds and thrushes but something a little more colourful would make a nice change :)

LOL Mel... What is funny to see is the magpies legs dangling and bouncing off the bottom of the fish bowl... Like you, I still have to top it up... It's usually only a third full by the time they finish... :)
Have tried a few times to get a shot... They don't mind me being there, but if I bring out the camera or the tripod, that's it... Out they get and sit on the spouting or ivy fence...
Thanks kindly Mel, appreciated...:)

Very very nice, Onie. Love the fluid feel of this....no pun intended. Just beautiful! I have a bird bath of sorts too, but its never deep enough for the maggies. Once they decide to have their baths, I always have to top it up again, since they spray it all everywhere!

LOL on the birds Annemette...:) Some of those Magpies get a little sure sometimes... I feed them on odd occasions, mainly when the parents are struggling to provide for their young... :)
I had the outer door propt open, bringing in groceries... and one had ambled inside and across to where our cats bowls are and was grabbing a snack... Frightened the daylights out of me, and I him/her LOL... Wouldn't go out the nearest door, had to go back the way it had come in...
Glad you like this one, thanks kindly Annemette...:)

it's a quite strange, quirky image; I like that i do not know if the water is going down or up, it is like a parallel universe, a very hypnotic shot; like it a lot....txules

Wauw- this has to be one of the best shots I´ve seen from you, Onie. So magical, mysterious because of the water´s movement and the terracottabowl with it´s awesome tones. It looks like a small universe. Great job!! How I wish I had parrots coming to drink water! There are lots of birds here but mainly crows, blackbirds, sparrows etc. They don´t come for water but food!:-) Take care Annemette
