I do think You would really like it here too... It's kind of hard not to like it since everything you need or want is within walking distance.
Parking is a MAJOR problem as you could imagine--- And Expence.
I would love to have stayed here. When I lived here in the 70's I lived across the street from this place which was also cool because you don't always feel like music and tourists, etc. 24/7--- when you aren't one !

Now this does look like a comfortable place to stay . . . fits my style nicely. I'm assuming it wasn't feasible to back up and get the ends of the building in the shot. I will say the perspective is done quite nicely. You could get more diagonal lines of the roof if you had shot from a lower vantage point (for future knowledge) . . . but once I sit on the curb I have trouble getting back up! LoL! Hmmmmm . . . Then I'd have the sunset version and the moonlight version and the sunrise version . . . and probably use my cell phone to call in a breakfast order that I'd ask them to deliver to the guy sitting across the street with the camera . . . unless the police come by . . . Uhhhh . . . nope . . . just shoot it standing up! Hehehehee!

What a beautiful building Michele...:) I haven't been for a while ~~GRIN~~...
Once upon a time these were pulled down for horrible glass and steel...:) Sounds and looks like a real meeting place, full of life and welcoming... The colours are wonderful... :)
