Hi sheryl it was nice to get your reply and your more than likely right about loosing the detail
in the highlighted areas....:( maybe you could also dodge and burn alittle might help. The photo is just fine how it is if you can't gain alittle contrast. Id say its more of a perference than anything else as I just like a higher contrasted image is all.....:) Oh and by the way I am no longer posting at usefilm.com and that is why my portfolio is empty.

Thanks Paul, for your critique. I did think about bringing the contrast up a bit, but I'm afraid I'd lose the little bit of detail in the white of the nose...but that could just be me! I'll try it out! Thanks!

Thanks Martin! I love sepia when you have just the right image for it. You know, this guy was SO friendly, I didn't even use a zoom lens...I was able to walk right up, and he even "posed" for me! :)

Possible a touch more contrast
to bring out alittle more detail
