The lighting is great Jean Luc and support the great clarity of the image. Clarity is the best part here, very impresive at the reflections and the sky. The details at the building looks very nice for this long distance. PS you are write about the not good contrast in B&W part... the B&W looks very bright and perchaps I must do this work using another tone.... blue, azure or what else but the very bright gold reflection (that is the real colour) can't composed nicely with other tone. Thanks a lot for your critique.

Very nice pic and excellent choice of frame. IMHO the sharpness is focussed on the plant in the foreground and the villa itself comes out a bit blurried.
