I like the colours, the spider webs, the water drop about to fall from the pedal, the excellent composition, the very sharp focus, the black bg and good dof. What's left? Not much, I guess I really like your image. :) :)

Glad you enjoyed this Meg, sometimes Autumn has those pretty moments of colour other than leaves... The roses, easter daisies, dahlias and a few other bits'n'pieces are blooming... Little spiders making lace, bugs doing their thing all in readiness for winter...:)))

How lovely to open your page and see such a colourful flower. As spring has not arrived here in the UK (at least not in my corner of it),it makes such a lovely change to see colour. I love how you not only captured the water drops but the spiders web also!

Lovely colours and good detail amongst the image, I'm glad I viewed it large to get full impact of the spider's webbing and water droplets. The petals almost look as though they were painted on by a mix of red and white.

A very beautiful Mother-dahlia with its baby-dahlia, both caught in a spider's web (?)Great clarity, shiny colours, beautiful movement in the petals, and the water drops add to the charm of the plant!!!I love the presentation!

Love the wonderful strong colours and the fine detail in these beauties.That includes the water droplets and the spiders webs. They have great impact when you view it large :)
