Srna -- Please do not apologize; I took no offense at your remarks. Always comment how you feel at the moment. Please do not feel ashamed. Spelling and English make no difference; I understand you perfectly. --Your friend, Jan

Thank you Srna. Honestly - I am satisfied -- with life, family and taking pictures. Here my friend Debby was talking and while I was listening I took a picture of her. --Best to you, Jan

We absolutely created a lot of good reading material too Jan-- CA Christine from SF. remarked how we had her laughing on the floor - and she is NOT a cruise ship person either altho she's been on 2 cruises ! She said to add boredom to our list ..haha!!!! Plus I noticed because of the back and forth dialogue the image was seen consistanly for a time period that seemed to intrique people ...I can hardly believe all of the attention that image got and I credit that to our dialogue too :)) Soooooooo besides fun- it was also rewarding in other ways !! - Best Wishes, Michele~

Thanks, Michele. Going back just over the past few weeks there are actually four pub-related photos (not including a liquor store); that is why I thought the trend might be noticeable. Food, drink, but mostly people draw me to these places to meet and be with my friends. I am glad you like the frame and the color gradient for Chromatic Debby. It does have a weird "sense" to it but I can't quite figure out what it really is any better than you can. Kind of an off-the-wall mood shot. Like a human mood ring! :) Have to add-- I really enjoyed our dialogue the other day regarding cruise ships. In our joking way I think we extracted truth in addition to humor! --Best to you, Jan

Hi Jan,
I see I missed this image about a pub-- when I stated there didn't seem to be a theme going on. I take that back !!!! There is a theme NOW- haha!!! I didn't really know what to make of this image but after reading Bhabesh's comment I like what he says.... He seems to feel very strongly about it. I agree that this frame is a great addition in telling this story, and the fact that you focus on her mouth does as well.......
I like this much more that I can put some reason with it :)) Good job Jan-- I just had to do a bit of thinking to understand it better and that doesn't always come as easily , haha!!
--Best wishes, Michele~

Hi Jan, Very nice composition. The colorful lights on the face and the expressions tells vividly that this is shoot in a pub, disco, club...kind of environment eventhough you did not include any perspective so to speak. Shall we call your style as "hidden perspective?". Also, the framing is done in a manner to enhance the mood, and greatly worked. Best regards, Bhabesh
