I believe they are hand made wooden boats, sold as souvenirs as I saw them walking in the street at the island of Spetses (an beautiful island where very famous people are spending w/ends and vacations)

Marian -- Excellent street catch; the "order" of placement and the color dropped in front of the lattice work make for an interesting and eye-pleasing scene. Good crop. I wonder if these were hand made ships. Was it in front of a house or a store?
