The flash seems a little too hot on this one. I'd try pulling the flash by a stop (or more) to see if you can even out the lighting.

Beautiful model with lovely expression. Light is a little harsh but not too bad. Composition is a little too airy for my eye - particularly above her head. You could loose a lot of that background by cropping it down which would make the image much stronger. Try it!
