Hi Marta,
Much of what you see is a combination of taking photos when the lighting is at its maximum warmth. Like in the evening or early morning. That alone enhances many of the deeper color tones. Also i try to take photos at those times because the contrast in tones is also at it's maximum which to the eye makes colors seem more dramatic. I do use a 2stop gray ND grad filter to balance the higher key tones in the sky with the lesser keyed tones of the fore and mid ground. I don't think that it necessarily creates more saturated colors. I am shooting with a Nikon D80 which has the ability to be adjusted to shoot more saturated images as well as extra warmth added in the cameras menu. You might want to check the menu in your camera it might have the same ability as well. Another factor can also be the area you chose to take images. Different areas have different quality of light which after a time with more experience you will be able to sense this with some traveling. There is a reason some areas in this world are photographed often with such consistent results. Finally the most important thing is the lens. Generally the more you pay for your lens the better quality the images can be.
The combination of many of these things can make a good photo but developing a good eye for composition with any camera, cheap or expensive is the foundation of a good photo. Without that the color does not matter. A expensive camera does not make a good photographer. It can just help, if you have developed a good eye and a modicum of technical ability.
Thank you for taking the time to look over my images. I am glad they bring pleasure to you enough to ask what i do to achieve them.

Hi Tim, I love your pictures, the colours, the compositions, everything is amazing... :)
Relieve me your secret...do you use any filters to achieve such a saturated colours, or is it a PS work?
I have tried so many times to take such colourclear picture but I heve never succeeded :(

My congratulations on your portfolio :)
M.

Tim, I love the really long shadows of the trees across the river. This image at first appears quite simple but then your eye moves to different areas picking up on subtle interests. Excellent! Deb

Man! I love it too!
the rest and peace in right and furious will of nature in the left.
I love the way you divide your compositions and make each part in contrast with other parts, it's a great work.
Very well done,
Mohammad
