About Taken in our garden this evening as the sun was about to go down, half the seeds have left home already. This originally started out as a "worms eye view" of our garden.

Hi Don,

Lol, I do that sort of thing all the time :) Considering I'm only coming up to my 28th birthday, it's something of a worry...

Thanks again - I must really learn that technique! I think you did your maple leaf frame the same way? Took the edges of the image and blurred them into the frame?

It is raining here this morning so took a few minutes to make another version of a border. Hope you don't mind. Don.

Very interesting picture. You must have been right down on the ground for this one unless they grow big in UK. Great detail Don.

Megan,
excellently taken photo. The focus and DOF is just about spot on. The filaments just stand out. The background is a little distracting though, the sloping ground, the soft white seed heads (bottom left), and the clouds all detract a little from the main subject. Maybe a slightly differeent angle could have removed some of these. Having said that I think you have captured the main subject very well indeed, and I like the title you chose too !!

Good work.
Keith

So beautiful and lovely! A wonderful photo, good technical quality just a tiny bit to dark IMO. But... where do you live? In Sweden they just start coming up now, these dandelions... haha.
