Oh well, perhaps the strong influence of science on me! ;-)
Thanks a lot for the nice comment, Justin. You mean the best of the abstracts, or my best ever?
Cheers,
Nick

Thanks a lot for the nice and detailed comment, Andre!
Considering the colors: I thought that nobody would say something about that. ;-) Since the idea was to make a photo that turns from quite "nothing" on the edges to "something" in the center region, I put much of the highlighted sky at the edges, which because of the strong light there turned those regions overexposed as much as it is needed for washing out the color. The lower light at the regions of the building itself however left the surface and color of the building (the center) in a relatively normal level of exposure and left enough details to be seen, that are also more enhanced because of the multiple takes of the same patterns at the same place.
Thanks a lot again, and best wishes.
Nick

Hi Nick, It seems to work pretty well for me. The first impression is that maybe the colour is a bit strong towards the middle? Still, it seems there is a lot of detail in the whole image when you look deeper. Andre

Thanks a lot for the nice comment, Gennaro!
Just for the record, there is no reflection here - it is the fivefold exposure that creates this impression.
Best wishes,
Nick

Thank you for such a comment, Andras, that goes much more beyond the usual "nice image" writings.
Indeed a suggestion in your direction and thus the title! A limited (intellectual) universe which such buildings do represent, as the whole action in there is nothing more than adding and subtracting numbers of money amounts. Quite primitive - that's stuff for the second class in school, and this is the general degree of evolution of the minds in there. ;-)
As about the airplains, well they weren't airplanes but the a flagpole in front of the building. But surely, the intention was to let them look like condensation stripes of flying airplanes.
So, still admiting the total inhuman character of such killing actions, the question is: How much low intellectuality will we have to face on a world where the flatminded economy plays the main role? How much of the evil has its roots in those incapable minds?
"If God had a team of economists on his side when creating the universe, the universe would be still unfinished!" - Harald Lesch.
Best wishes,
Nick

Nice attractive image Nick, though a bit provoking in some sense: it reminded me 9/11 ('cause of the airplanes). All in all nice techniqe and an another fine abstract. Regards Andras

Nice reflection, by closing a bit the eye turns on in a really fascinating abstract. Davide.
