I decided to shoot my photo gear and here's the first sample, my 1960 Rolleiflex 3.5F with a Carl Zeiss Planar.
The camera was my Nikon F2A, the lens my Nikkor 85/1.4 D AF with a PK-13 extension tube. Light was metered by the camera's meter so I didn't have to calculate anything - I never made friends among numbers.
The film was about 2 years off its valid date but was always kept on the fridge.
Light is mixed - natural from the window and tungsten, hence the yellowish tones. Since I don't have a tripod, my exercise bike seat worked as one... The black background is a coutesy of my 29" TV.
I believe I locked the mirror up, but I'm not 100% sure if it was on this image... I must listen to what I always recommend: write the data...
I find the result amazing, specially for not being on a studio. By the way, this project also has the objective to put me to work creative ways to do what I want without the conditions to. Not that much of a challenge for someone who started on photography without having a camera...
