Well I like all aspects of photography, Roger- both the fairies, orks and plain pure photographs:-) You had rain as well? Then I guess Australia is not the place to go to anymore for the sun, but oh yes it is winter there now- that explains it better! We also had the wettest June ever to be recorded in Denmark with floodings. Many people got their homes ruined. Yes, Crow and I talk crazy, are goofy but also serious once in a while. Good to have a photofriend:-) Take care, Roger, and don´t get washed away by all that rain!

What a great shot with the cobblestones all wet. How nice of your mother and sisters to bring the sun to you.;)
I cracked up laughing when I read Roger's comment after all your back and forth with Patrick. I can't imagine having my man tied up and just tickling him...how unimaginative...and what a waste!;)

far be it for me to return to the subject of photography whilst you and crow diverge all over the place.. mind you it was an interesting read one learns so much and begina to feel quite free to throw in a line of personal stuff ot two.. but yeah a great shot almost liquid almost palpable.. we too have had heaps of rain over the last month or so the wettest Jun on my records which I began keeping in 1977.. yes I am a well old bugger, the view out my backdoor yesterday was similar except that I had a puddle about a meter long... sheesh

It might hit you when you at least expect it to. Anyway not believing in love might be easier than hoping and be disappointed, but I do believe that we sell ourselves short if never taking a chance and be optimistic.

I should add she was my only 'real' love as well! So I think of her fondly because there's no one else to think fondly about! No, I won't be looking for love in Italy... crumbing walls? Yes. The faded beauty of ancient architecture? Yes. Pizza? Yes. Love? No. Love and I don't mix very well I'm afraid... I come out in a rash and act like a total idiot. It would be nice, though...

Oh Crow- I hope you´ll find a new and eternal love in Italy- we seem to only remember the positive after a while and place our first love on a piedestal, but there is a good woman for you out there. Just stay positive then all good things will come to you. If not be sure that I´ll haunt you and tickle you!!;-))

She was a crazy gal! No, she didn't do that again! I seem to remember she didn't speak to me for about 2 days after she saw her nose in a mirror! Awww, I'm getting all nostalgic... I really loved that girl... my first love!

What an odd thing to do- I would think there were more interesting things to do having you there in cuffs than tickle you;-) I guess she didn´t do that again after walking around with a reddish-blue nose for some time*LOL* No tickling is really awful BBBRRRRRR

A long, long time ago a girlfriend of mine handcuffed me to a chair and tickled me for about an hour. I was NOT a happy bunny... let's just say I was expecting something else. So when she set me free I gave her a love bite on her nose to say thanks!

I have no doubt WHATSOEVER that you could beat me up! I am strong of body but placid of soul, so I would offer little resistance! In fact, who knows, I might even enjoy it... no tickling though, that I CAN'T STAND! I am the most ticklish person in the world! I can't believe I just told you that... ;)

No... it couldn't be Leonard Cohen! His album covers have to have a photograph of a dusky, naked young woman reading poetry whilst wrapped in a fur rug as Len sits at the piano, deliberating endlessly over the 90th verse of 'Hallelujah'....
