About	I counted the stairs on the way up. It was threatening to rain all the way up. When we got to the top I had three minutes before the storm hit.

I kept looking for the arc -- then realized the photo was taken from the arc. I was there years ago and didn't know about the pedestrian underpass and crossed through all that crazy traffic circling the arc -- and lived to tell the tale.

Nice cityscape with good capture of the threatening storm clouds.
