Hi Yamil,
I remember saying this to Marcus at one time. Funny how you can look for these guys in the wild and come up blank... but you can drive down most 2 lane highways or interstates and there they are watching the cars go by :)

Hi Andre,
You are right.
Not matter the species of hawks, it's easier to get close to juv's than adults.
This is the closest I have ever been to a Cooper's.
I think urban hawks are easier to photograph than their wild brothers because they get use to see people walking by the neighborhood.
I really hope this guy is going to stay around.

Hi Dave.
This shot was taken on the fence of one of my neighbors, but the attached pic was taken on my front yard.
I hope this Cooper's is going to stay around for a while.

I wish that the background and light would have been different too, but unfortunately this is what I got.
